Celebrating Supernatural's 100th Episode!
Less than 30 minutes from now, I'll be watching Point Of No Return. Then I'll be writing about it, which means I won't be visible for a while. So I thought I would post the front of the postcard I sent to the studio in anticipation of them shooting the 100th, just to celebrate the wonder and excitement of tonight.

Congratulations, Supernatural Cast & Crew! You are all gold medal winners in my book!

When I saw the photo of Vancouver with the Olympic rings at the harbor, the words I put on the top of the card truly were my very first thought!

100 ep
Hi Mary,

Can't wait for your take on this episode. Just wondering, have you read Maureen Ryan's review from the Chicago Tribune?

I found it really interesting that Jerry Wanek (from Supernatural crew) actually posted a comment and had this to say ... I think you are the only reviewer who actually gets what we are about.
Good story and character development with a healthy dose of kick ass.
All based in a mythology only Eric could conceive.
Thank You

Re: 100 ep
I always read Mo's stuff (and am REALLY chuffed to know she sometimes reads mine!), but I hadn't seen the comment from Jerry. Way to go in both directions! - Glad Jerry got to see the praise from Mo, and delighted that he chimed in! Thanks for pointing it out! :)

Working on the commentary, I promise! I loved the episode with great passion, and it deeply satisfied my soul even though I candidly have no clue how Team Free Will is going to pull off the win. But I've always had faith - and after all, isn't the whole point of faith that you believe in something you can't see or prove?

What a GREAT idea for a postcard, Mary! I'm sure they have it prominent posted somewhere up there for all to see! Can't wait to read your thoughts on Point of No Return. I have been doing my own little recap to help me get more out of each episode, but I try to find the humor in what I can. I love to read yours for a real analysis. I'm not sure either how our Winchesters are going to prevail over the apocalypse, but I do know that although their blind spot is family, it's also their great strength. Fighting together, I'm convinced Lucifer doesn't stand a chance!
